Abstract: The new type of high efficient carcass feeder realizes fully automatic and high quality feeding
of inner liner or airtight ply, one ply cord fabric, two ply cord fabric and cushion ply or belt bundle ply when
forming carcass of electric motorcycle tire molding machine. It solves the shortcomings such as low efficiency,
high work intensity, difficult operation, low output, low laminating precision, high cost of equipment, many
faults, long downtime and so on, which exist in the current market of the tire body feeding frame. It is
characterized by high efficiency, comprehensive functions, easy operation, high laminating precision, low
cost investment and continuous non-stopping. It improves the whole machine performance of electric
motorcycle molding machine, which is favored by the majority of tire manufacturers and meets the market
demand.
