Abstract: According to the production process from the molding workshop to the vulcanization workshop
of the tire factory, the raw tire logistics transportation is to analyze the parts that can realize automatic control,
and propose a feasible implementation plan for logistics automation. Raw tire transportation is an important
process in the tire production process, which is not only related to the smooth and reasonable distribution of
logistics, but also the reasonable allocation of the number of transportation personnel to avoid manual error
and other situations. This paper mainly aims at the project of upgrading and transforming the suspension
conveying system and RFID, combining with the MES system, and making full use of the old plant to realize
automatic logistics without expanding the plant.

欧洲 MAXX 方程式锦标赛，成为该赛事的冠名赞助商及官方唯一轮胎供应商。
Maxx 方程式锦标赛是风靡欧洲的顶尖方程式赛事，由 20 台前 F1、GP2 组成强大的参赛阵容，赛事将重返
意大利传奇的 F1 蒙扎赛道、德国霍根海姆 F1 赛道、意大利伊莫拉 F1 赛道、德国纽博格林 F1 赛道和意大利穆杰
罗 F1 赛道，参赛的赛手为来自欧美各地的 F1 赛车收藏家、资深方程式赛车玩家及前 F1 车手，所驾驶的战车虽
然是 10 年前的 F1 赛车，但依然拥有我们耳熟能详的 V10/V8 引擎轰鸣声，还是能爆发出 900 匹马力，在极速最
快的意大利蒙扎赛道大直道也能跑出 300 多公里每小时。
众所周知，F1 赛车是全球赛车运动的顶尖科技力量的结晶。由于现役 F1 车队均签署了严格的 FIA 知识产权
