weighing device for the auxiliary oil scale, and if a malfunction occurs and is not detected timely ,a large
amount of unqualified rubber will be produced. This article analyzes the problems existing in the current oil
scale and redesigns the secondary calibration control system for the upper auxiliary machine oil scale based
on modularization, which digitizes and visualizes the status monitoring of the equipment; At the same time,
increase alarm information, conduct secondary verification of weighed materials during the production
process, and optimize daily use and fault handling measures. At present, the system has been put into use in
a tire factory, and the results show that the system can effectively improve the reliability of oil weighing during
the internal mixing process.

重卡销量大增 55% 汽车行业全面复苏
Heavy truck sales increased by 55%, leading to a comprehensive recovery in the automotive industry
乘联会预计，9 月狭义乘用车零售 198 万辆，环比增长 3.1%，同比增长 3.0%，增速基本符合预期。今年以
来，汽车出口始终保持强势劲头，中国贸促会汽车行业分会负责人表示，预计今年我国汽车出口量将超过 400 万辆，
有望成为全球最大汽车出口国。
乘用车 ： 9 月乘用车零售 125.6 万辆，同比增长 13%，环比增长 6%。9 月各地相继开启限时补贴，叠加四季
度厂商年终冲量，利好行业后续销量。
新能源汽车 ： 9 月新能源乘用车零售 50.8 万辆，同比增长 33%，环比增长 11%，今年累计零售 495.1 万辆，
同比增长 36% ；新能源乘用车批发 59.5 万辆，同比增长 40%，环比增长 17%，今年累计批发 567.5 万辆，同比
增长 39%。
重卡 ： 9 月重卡销量约 8 万辆（开票口径，包含出口和新能源），环比增长 12%，同比增长 55%，依然保持
明显复苏态势，其中，天然气重卡在低气价的催化下销量持续高增。伴随国内经济稳中向好以及主流重卡企业对
海外重点市场的积极开拓，后续重卡行业仍将保持复苏态势。

据报道，焦作市和兴化学工业有限公司投资 4.5 亿元，在占地面积 9.67 公顷的新厂区，兴建年产 3 万 t 高性
能乙炔炭黑及尾气综合利用等配套项目。
日前，该公司新建成的 8 条乙炔炭黑生产线即将联产调试，项目试产成功之后，该公司的乙炔炭黑总产能达
5 万 t，其规模堪称全球第一。
和兴化工自主研发的颗粒状导电炭黑，是良好的导电、着色及补强材料，广泛用于锂电池、电子元件、导电
橡胶制品，以及电缆屏蔽料等领域。该公司依托自主知识产权的炭黑改性技术生产出的高端产品，不仅替代了进
口品，而且大批量地抢占海外高端市场。据悉，目前该公司的乙炔黑，在中国和全球导电炭黑市场分别占有 40%

和 18% 的市场份额。
近年来，和兴化工专注于新兴应用领域，不断调整市场方向，从原来 95% 以上产品服务于低附加值的干电
池行业，升级为 80% 以上产品服务于锂离子电池、超高压电缆屏蔽料等高端和高附加值产品，实现了企业的高质
量发展。
