Impact of static electricity on product quality in film slitting process
and countermeasures

Abstract: This article analyzes the causes of static electricity generated during the thin film slitting process
and its impact on the subsequent deep processing of thin films. A detailed discussion was conducted on the
different methods and advantages and disadvantages of static electricity elimination, including equipment,
personnel, environmental humidity, the film itself, and the installation positions of various static electricity
eliminators on the slitting machine.

土耳其再次对中国橡胶发起反倾销调查
Türkiye launches anti-dumping investigation against Chinese rubber again

2023 年 10 月 7 日，土耳其贸易部发布公告称，应土耳其国内生产商 Bando Kayış San. 和 Tic. (Türkiye) A.Ş. 申
请，对原产自中国、印度和越南的硫化橡胶传送带启动第三次反倾销日落复审调查。
涉案产品包括周长为 60~180 cm（含）、180~240 cm（含）以及无限长度的梯形横截面（V 型凹槽除外）硫
化橡胶传送带，涉及土耳其税号 4 010.32、4 010.34 和 4 010.39 项下的产品。案件调查期间，现行反倾销税持
续有效。公告自发布之日起生效。
2006 年 5 月 13 日，土耳其对原产自中国、印度和越南的硫化橡胶传送带启动反倾销调查。2007 年 3 月 31 日，
土耳其开始对上述国家涉案产品分别征收 5.04 美元 /kg、3.5 美元 /kg、4.55 美元 /kg 的反倾销税。
2012 年 3 月 20 日，土耳其对该案启动第一次日落复审调查。
2013 年 3 月 15 日，土耳其对该案作出日落复审终裁，第一次延长上述国家涉案产品的反倾销税。
2018 年 3 月 2 日，土耳其对该案启动第二次日落复审调查。
2018 年 10 月 16 日，土耳其对该案作出第二次日落复审终裁，继续对中国、印度和越南硫化橡胶传送带征
收反倾销税，税额均为 3.15 美元 /kg。
