Abstract: with the continuous extension and penetration of information technology to various industries,
the traditional stand-alone function design has not met the development needs of the blow molding industry.
Intelligence, modularization, informatization, greening and comfort operating system and system design with
standard data transmission interface are the future development trends, which will certainly promote the
upgrading design of the existing control system for the plastic machine manufacturing enterprises.

回收塑料材料首次被批准应用于美国食品包装
The recycled plastic material was first approved using in American food packaging
据外媒报道，美国食品药品管理局 (FDA) 发布了一份无异议函，Envision Plastics 公司将使用 Ocean Bound
牌高密度聚乙烯。这可以说是美国 FDA 首次批准回收塑料用于食品包装，这对于回收塑料行业来说，意义深远。

这种高密度聚乙烯是由从距离海岸 50 km 的水道内收集的废弃塑料制成的。美国 FDA 在函中提到，在使用
碳氢化合物的条件下，对在所有食品类型包装中完全使用回收高密度聚乙烯无异议。
Consolidated Container Corp.(CCC) 是北美最大的硬质塑料包装供应商之一，是世界上第一批提供 100% 再
生塑料瓶 ( 不包括着色剂 ) 的制造商之一。
CCC 通过其回收子公司 Envision Plastics，使用在水道约 30 英里 ( 或者说 50 km) 范围内收集的塑料，作为
其 OceanBound 树脂的原料。
美国食品和药物管理局发表了的这份针对 OceanBound 的无异议函，为后者用于食品接触级包装扫清了道路。
目前环境中的塑料是一个炙手可热的话题，引起了业界、环保主义者和公众的关注。海洋塑料是一个尤其关
键的问题，因为一次性塑料的反对者指出这个问题就是禁止这些产品的原因之一。
近年来，塑料行业的许多人逐渐认识到，塑料在使用后必须得到更好的管理。例如，终结塑料废弃物联盟就
是一个由公司资助的跨业和跨国组织，旨在建立能解决这一问题的项目和系统。
Envision Plastics 高级副总裁兼总经理 Mark Shafer 表示 ： “ 作为北美较大的回收 HDPE 处理商之一，我们
已经提供了很多协助，很多组织都非常努力，我们一直在全力支持，因为他们努力在进一步收集这些材料并将它
们加工成更有用的东西。”
