Abstract: The equipment structure of the four-roller steel wire calender was introduced. The working
requirements of the swing rubber supply device and the problems existing in the old swing rubber supply
device were expounded. The direction of transformation was studied, and the upper and lower swing rubber
supply devices of the new structure were designed, and the force analysis was carried out. The model of
the reducer and the drive servo motor was correctly selected, and the design of safety and lubrication was
made, and the effect after the modification was described.

中巴轮胎合资工厂项目在伊斯兰堡签约
China-Pakistan tire joint venture factory project signed in Islamabad

2019 年 11 月 13 日，双星与巴基斯坦 MSD 轮胎橡胶公司、大宇巴基斯坦巴士服务有限公司在巴基斯坦伊斯
兰堡总理办公室签署合资协议，三方将共同成立合资公司，由双星提供技术支持和设备等，在巴基斯坦建设年产
子午胎 700 万套的轮胎工厂，其中，一期总投资约 2.2 亿美元，年产卡客车胎 100 万套，乘用车胎 300 万套，是
中国轮胎企业在巴基斯坦第一个合资建设的轮胎工厂。
巴基斯坦总理伊姆兰 · 汗对该合资项目签约表示欢迎，并表示在巴基斯坦建设轮胎工厂，不仅可以解决轮胎
进口问题，增加当地就业，还可以加强工业产品出口，改善目前的贸易逆差。
MSD 轮胎橡胶公司是巴基斯坦知名轮胎经销商 ；大宇巴基斯坦巴士服务有限公司是当地领先的公交车运营
公司。
双星是一家具有 98 年历史的老国有橡胶企业。2014 年以来双星抓住全球第四次工业革命契机，加速企业智

今年 4 月 “ 一带一路 ” 国际合作高峰论坛在北京举行。期间，习近平主席会见巴基斯坦总理伊姆兰 · 汗时表示，
双方要加强战略沟通，在共建 “ 一带一路 ” 框架内推动产能、基础设施建设、民生、贸易等领域合作高质量发展。
近年来，双星积极响应习主席 “ 一带一路 ” 倡议，不断加快 “ 走出去 ” 的步伐，以全球化的视野和战略思维全力
推进营销当地化、制造洲际化、研发全球化 “ 三化 ” 国际化战略。
此次三方在深入调查、科学论证的基础上签署协议，合资建立巴基斯坦最大的轮胎工厂，旨在提升双星品牌
在当地和周边的美誉度及市场占有率，在为当地消费者提供高品质轮胎的同时，辐射南亚和中亚部分地区。该工
厂计划于 2021 年底投产。
