"Remanufacturing" exploration situation for 270 internal mixer

Abstract: This paper clarifies the exploration process of the remanufacturing for the internal mixer, as
well as the cleaning, detection and repair methods of the remanufactured parts. This paper also describes
the transformation and upgrading of the original equipment in the entire remanufacturing process, the
difficult problems and solutions in the remanufacturing process, and the economic benefit analysis of
remanufacturing.

米其林将关闭苏格兰轮胎工厂
Michelin will close the Scottish tire factory

近日，米其林集团透露，其设在苏格兰东部港口城市敦迪 (DUNDEE) 的乘用轮胎工厂拟于 2020 年年中关闭，
此举将会导致 845 名员工失业。
米其林表示，这家拥有 47 年历史的工厂生产尺寸较小的轮胎，由于近年来其市场需求不断下降，加之来自
亚洲的低成本进口产品日益增多，致使该工厂的地位变得十分尴尬，而 “ 转型 ( 生产其他类别轮胎 ) 在财务上又
不可行 ”。 据悉，敦迪工厂只生产轮辋直径为 16 英寸及更小的乘用轮胎，额定日产能为 25 000 条。
敦迪工厂是米其林在英国的最后一处轮胎生产基地。它在英格兰特伦特河畔的斯托克市尚有一家工厂，生
产卡车翻新轮胎、轮胎模具和钢丝帘线。而就在 17 个月前，米其林还宣布计划投资 2 100 万美元升级敦迪工厂，
以使其能生产尺寸更大的轮胎，并减少对当地环境的影响。该公司 2015 年的预算为 1.06 亿美元，计划到 2020

年将产量提高 30%。2018 年 4 月，米其林还关闭了位于北爱尔兰巴利梅纳的一家卡车轮胎工厂。
米其林说，敦迪工厂所产小型轮胎的市场 “ 发生了永久性的巨变 ”，促使公司解决这些结构性变化。了解到，
该公司目前尚无将其产能转移到米其林其它工厂的计划。

4 500 万美元，普利司通投建自动化轮胎仓库
Bridgestone invests $45 million to build an automated tire warehouse
近日，普利司通加拿大公司计划在加拿大魁北克投资 4 500 万美元建设一个自动化仓库，增加其为北美客户
提供服务的能力。
新仓库毗邻普利司通客运和轻卡轮胎工厂，最大存储容量为 50 万条轮胎，将采用全自动技术，预计将于
2020 年初开业。
中国橡胶网了解到，普利司通魁北克工厂成立于 1966 年，隶属于凡世通（firestone），后被普利司通收购。
2016 年，普利司通宣布投资 2.5 亿美元，旨在到 2020 年将该工厂产能提高 18％，即每天生产 2 万条轮胎。同时
将其产品组合转换为轮辋直径在 18~22 英寸的产品。
魁北克工厂经理 Robert Verreault 指出，普利司通使用创新解决方案优化运营，高科技仓库的建设体现了普
利司通更好地为客户服务的承诺。
