Effect of S dosage on mechanical properties and hot oil resistant
properties of HNBR blended rubber

Abstract: The effect of S dosage on the mechanical properties and hot oil resistant properties of HNBR
blends was studied. Studies have shown that with the increase of S dosage, the degree of vulcanization of
HNBR/FKM blended rubber is reduced, and the curing time is shortened; the hardness, tensile strength and
100% modulus are firstly reduced and then enlarged, and the elongation at break is firstly increased and
then decreased; After hot air aging, the hardness of HNBR/FKM blended rubber becomes larger, the tensile
strength decreases, and the elongation at break does not change substantially; After aging of hot oil, the
hardness, tensile strength and 100% modulus of the blended rubber are firstly decreased and then increased,
meanwhile, the elongation at break firstly becomes larger and then becomes smaller.

中国轮胎品牌在美涨价
Chinese tire brand price increases in the US

森麒麟轮胎美国公司宣布，从 12 月 1 日起，美国市场所有订单全部涨价。
这家公司没有透露此次涨价的幅度。
森麒麟轮胎美国公司一名高管称，涨价的原因包括多个方面，运输和物流成本增加是其中之一。
他表示，更重要的是，美国政府行动造成巨大的外部压力，整个行业供应链也面临严峻挑战。
这名高管称，尽管存在诸多挑战，但森麒麟仍看好美国市场的潜力，并有望在 2019 年实现销量的突破性增长。
据了解，随着中美贸易摩擦加剧，12 月之后，中国出口至美国的乘用车轮胎数量，可能急剧减少。
受此影响，众多国际大品牌轮胎，提高北美市场售价。
森麒麟轮胎在泰国建有制造基地，可以保证美国市场供应。
数据显示，2018 年上半年，森麒麟泰国工厂新增设备安装调试完毕，实际产能达到 463.12 万条，实现净利润
21 034.14 万元。

米其林 “ 官宣 ” 提价，又一波涨价潮来了！

近日，法国制造商米其林集团正式发布了产品提价的消息，普利司通、固特异也早在 9 月份就宣布涨价，至
此轮胎行业 3 家千亿巨头均迫于成本压力而官宣提价。
据了解，米其林集团宣布，旗下北美公司将从 12 月 1 日起提高旗下所有美国在售产品的价格，提价幅度为 8％。
此外，自 2019 年 1 月 1 日起，米其林将提高米其林、百路驰、优耐陆品牌下的乘用车、轻卡车轮胎及两轮
车轮胎价格 5％，涨价地区为美国及加拿大。
米其林方面解释到，为了该公司未来的长远发展及持续投资，在高运营成本和其他市场因素的作用下，为保
证其服务客户能力，涨价在现阶段是必要的。
据统计，销售火热的 “ 金九银十 ” 刚结束，又有多家国内外轮胎企业宣布涨价，其中不乏赛轮、万力和佳通
等大牌企业。
