Abstract: The external cooling of the tube embryo by the existing technology oriented stretching device
relies on indoor natural cooling. Due to the poor thermal conductivity of the PE polymer, the heat generated
during continuous production cannot be taken away in time, and the cooling of the outer surface of the
tube embryo cannot be effectively controlled, resulting in uneven wall thickness of the stretched tube, which
seriously affects the service strength. Generally, the design of the oriented stretching device can only produce
one specification and is equipped with a direction head, which makes it difficult to change the specification.
In view of the shortcomings of the existing technology, a biaxial orientation stretching device for PE pipes
is provided, which is optimized and improved in the aspects of diameter change, cooling, movement,
temperature control, etc., to ensure the uniform radial and axial stretching of PE pipes, thus improving the
strength of pipes, realizing an orientation device, and producing products of different specifications.
