成型过程，各分步的节拍，对每个节拍进行监测，出
现异常情况可以第一时间对该节拍进行检查，大大节

Abstract: With the fierce competition in the tire market, the tire manufacturing industry has begun to
constantly explore the application of Internet of Things, cloud computing, big data and other technologies,
promote digital production, and realize the transformation of tire intelligent manufacturing and green
manufacturing. The quality of molding equipment is the key to determine the tire molding process. There are
many kinds of building machines, but their structures are similar to each other. This paper introduces the major
improvements of the main components of a new all steel three-drum building machine.
