of the transfer ring in no-load operation and when clamping the bundle layer, and at the same time check
whether the strength of the transfer ring meets the design requirements when subjected to force. The analysis
results show that the number of clamping jaw tiles is the main factor affecting the accuracy. When the
number of clamping claw tiles is 11, the true roundness is higher than when the number of clamping claw tiles
is 5 or 6, and the overall stress is smaller. Based on the analysis results, it is proposed that lightweighting using
aluminum material can effectively reduce the gravity, thus reducing the impact on the transfer accuracy.

中国高性能液体橡胶首次实现国产化
China's high-performance liquid rubber localized for the first time

2023 年 10 月 12 日，中国石化茂名分公司每年 5 000 t 液体橡胶装置近日成功产出合格产品 —— 高频覆铜
板用液体橡胶。该装置采用的是中国石化北京化工研究院自主研发的技术，顺利投产标志着中国高性能液体橡胶
首次实现国产化，取得重大突破，将为中国信息产业安全提供关键原材料支撑。
高频覆铜板是应用于高频电子电路的超低介电损耗电子电路基材，是覆铜板领域最高端的电子电路基体材料。
高性能液体橡胶是高频覆铜板主要基材之一的优选材料。由高性能液体橡胶制备的高频覆铜板具有低介电常数、
低介电损耗和低吸水性等特性，信号传播速度快，传输过程不失真。
据中国石化相关负责人介绍，由于技术壁垒高，中国高频覆铜板等高端领域用关键基材高度依赖进口，是中
国石化行业亟待攻克的技术难题之一。对此，中国石化把液体橡胶作为高端新材料的重点攻关方向之一，奋力打
破中国在该领域受制于人的现状。
目前，中国石化已围绕高性能液体橡胶技术成功开发出 4 个种类、8 个高端产品牌号及其生产技术，并将陆
续实现规模化生产。该系列高端新材料将广泛应用于手机、电脑、汽车、军工、航天等领域，婴幼儿、食品、化
妆品等环保要求较高的柔性印刷，以及高性能 TPV 和绿色轮胎等领域，将极大满足中国国内市场对高端液体橡
胶产品的需求。

2023 年美国前 8 个月轮胎进口量同比下降 20%
Tire imports in the U.S. decreased by 20% year-on-year in the first 8 months of 2023

2023 年 10 月 11 日消息，根据最新数据，2023 年前 8 个月，美国进口轮胎数量达到 16 245 万条，同比下降
20%。其中乘用车胎进口同比下降 8%，降至 10 553 万条 ; 卡客车胎进口同比下降 24%，降至 3 115 万条 ; 航空
器用胎同比下降 2%，降至 21.1 万条 ; 摩托车用胎进口同比下降 38%，降至 172 万条 ; 自行车用胎进口同比下降
61%，降至 391 万条。
1~8 月期间，美国从中国进口的轮胎数量达到 1 664 万条，同比下降 48%。其中，乘用车胎进口同比下降
22%，降至 174 万条 ; 卡客车胎进口同比下降 40%，降至 143 万条。
此外，1~8 月期间，美国自泰国进口的轮胎数量达到 3 408 万条，同比下降 13%。其中，乘用车胎进口为 2

210 万条，同比下降 4%; 卡客车胎进口为 834 万条，同比下降 30%。
可以看出，泰国和中国作为美国轮胎的主要进口国，也在面临市场需求下降的挑战。
