Influence of different foaming temperature on the foaming properties
of NBR and NBR/PVC

Abstract: This article uses internal mixer and open mill to successfully prepare NBR and NBR/PVC foamed
mixed rubber, and explores the influence of different foaming temperatures on the foaming properties of
NBR and NBR/PVC. The experimental results show that as the temperature increases, the scorch time of
the styrofoam is getting shorter and shorter, and the maximum torque value is getting smaller and smaller.
The torque curve of NBR/PVC styrofoam does not change much after the sudden foaming zone. With the
increase of the vulcanization temperature, the breaking strength of NBR foam rubber first increases and then
decreases, and the elongation at break also shows the law that first increasing and then decreasing. The
addition of PVC effectively increases the foaming ratio, reduces the Mooney viscosity and foaming density.

2021 年 8 月马来西亚天胶产量同环比均降 结束连续三个月增长
In August 2021, Malaysia's natural rubber production fell year-on-year and month-on-month! Ended three
consecutive months of growth

据马来西亚统计局 10 月 15 日消息，2021 年 8 月天胶出口量同比增 38.7% 至 59,172 t，环比增 21.6%。其
中 43.7% 出口至中国，其他依次为美国 9%、法国 8.4%、土耳其 3.1%、巴西 2.4%。
8 月马来西亚天胶进口量为 79,702 t，同比降 26.2%，环比降 10.5%。标准胶、浓缩乳胶、其他形状天然橡
胶为主要进口类别，其主要进口来源国为泰国、科特迪瓦、菲律宾、缅甸等。
8 月可监控天胶总产量为 42,942 t，同比降 3.6%，环比降 11.7%。其中小园种植产量占 90.9%，国有种植园
产量占 9.1%。
8 月马来西亚天然橡胶库存为 287,380 t，环比增 2.3%，同比增 23.1%。其中 91.5% 库存集中于橡胶加工商手中，
下游终端库存占 8.4%，大型种植园主库存占 0.1%。
8 月国内天胶消费总量同比降 18.8% 至 37,777 t，环比增 43.8%。乳胶手套行业依然是马来西亚天胶消费的
主力军，消费占比 76.8%，轮胎和胶管消费占比 8.9%，橡胶线占比 4.9%，其他行业占比 9.4%。
