Offset analysis and correction method of carcass ply conveyor belt of
forming machine

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of material deviation of the carcass cord fabric for tire building
machine, the factors that cause the deviation of the conveyor belt are analyzed in depth. The accuracy
of the conveyor belt itself and the deviation of the conveyor belt feeding rack are distinguished, and the
judgment standard is re-established to achieve precise adjustment, reduce the error of the upper drum,
reduce labor intensity, and improve production efficiency.

重卡销量断崖式下滑，轮胎开工率陷入低迷
Sales of heavy trucks fell off a cliff, and tire operating rates fell into a slump

距国六的正式实施已有一月，在这个新老交替的时点上，商用车市场并未出现此前业内所预期的 “ 小高潮 ”，
反而迎来的是销售数据的逐月下滑。有数据显示，7 月重卡共计销售约 7.2 万辆，同比降幅近 50%，呈现出断崖
式下滑的趋势。
实际上，自今年 4 月份开始，商用车市场就已经出现拐点。而 5 月、6 月商用车销量则分别下滑 7.4%、
16.8%，不仅出现加速下滑的趋势，也是对于拐点的确认。主要是由于今年上半年重卡市场的过度透支 —— 柴油
车国六时代开启加速了国五重卡出售，以往全年销量的七成集中在了今年上半年提前完成。
受订单减少影响，7 月轮胎开工率不断缩减。在轮胎大省山东，截至 7 月 15 日，山东地区轮胎企业全钢胎开
工负荷为 58.95%，较去年同期下跌 9.88 个百分点，处于历史同期最低水平，原配市场持续低迷。而在 8 月高温
限电的影响下，本月开工率仍将继续维持低位运行。

港 ) 贸易有限公司在西班牙投资设立境外子公司 “ 森麒麟轮胎 ( 西班牙 ) 有限公司 ”。近日，公司收到境外子公司
注册完成的相关证书。
该公司注册资本为 3000 欧元，由森麒麟（香港）贸易有限公司 100% 持股。经营范围为轮胎研发、生产和销售；
国际贸易、投融资业务。
据了解，这次投资海外分公司是森麒麟对践行公司 “833plus” 战略规划、深入实施全球化发展战略的重要步骤，
是为提升公司的整体竞争力做出的一项举措。
