Development status and prospects of China's tire industry

Abstract: In the past two years, domestic and foreign tire market consumption has generally been
sluggish, trade friction has intensified, and structural surplus has become prominent. The impact of novel
coronavirus has severely damaged the global economic development, and our country's tire industry and
enterprises have encountered unprecedented difficulties and challenges. Under the strong leadership of the
higher-level associations, we forge ahead to meet the difficulties, adhere to the new development concept
of innovation-driven green transformation, resume work and production and the market in an orderly
manner, the production and operation conditions are steadily improving, and we are firmly moving towards
high-quality development. The secretariat of the Tire Branch wholeheartedly serves member companies
and government departments, actively conducts research and other work to serve the industry and the
government, promptly reflects the various voices of the industry, strives for national policy support, and leads
the scientific and sustainable development of the industry.

知名轮胎携 SKPlanet 开发道路风险预测解决案

近日,全球知名轮胎制造商韩泰轮胎宣布,其正与专注于数据及测试业务的公司 ——SK Planet 联合开发一
种解决方案,该方案能事先预测潜在道路安全风险。
韩泰轮胎与 SK Planet 共同开发的道路风险预测解决方案可通过人工智能(AI)及深度学习技术,有效分析
车辆在行驶过程中产生的路噪,从而识别降雨、降雪、黑冰、交通事故等潜在风险因素以及可能导致发生危险情
况的其他因素。相关信息会被实时传送至负责道路安全与养护的主管部门,以便相关部门及时采取应对措施来清
除多余积雪及修复坑洞等。
为了让解决方案有效地发挥作用,必须为人工智能(AI)提供尽可能多的不同路况条件下的噪音数据进行分
析。因此,韩泰轮胎将通过其在韩国锦山以及芬兰伊瓦洛(Ivalo)的两处测试场收集数据,从而向 SK Planet 提
供丰富的噪音数据,以进一步提升此项技术的精准性。
该方案开发完成后将进行优化,并有望应用于交通管控,以确保冬季道路交通安全。

作项目以外,公司还与韩国科学技术院(KAIST)在未来技术与产学合作方面开展了密切合作。双方致力于通过
数字化转型获得创新研发成果及数字化技术研发能力。
