Introduction of a X optical machine for laser engraving, automatic
scanning, weighing and conveying for all steel tyre

Abstract: All-steel radial tires are distributed to 4 semi-automatic trimmers through 6 conveyor belts.
After pruning, unqualified products are sent to the repair area through the lower conveyor belt and qualified
products are automatically assigned to 3 sets of X Light machine to test. After test, tires were sent to 3 laser
engraving machine according to the bar code, then tires were sent to the dynamic balance conveyor
system.The system will scan, weigh and automatically assign different tires to the corresponding dynamic
balance test machine. Exemption from inspection tire directly into the warehouse, problematic tire or
bad tires were delivered into the emergency crossing for manual processing. Comparing with the manual
operation, the above process realizd the full automation of the whole steel tire from vulcanization to the
warehousing, which greatly improved the working efficiency and reduced the production cost and labor
intensity.

全国通关一体化改革正式实施 轮胎企业受益

2017 年 7 月 3 日，米其林（中国）投资有限公司以 “ 自主申报、自行缴税 ” 模式，申报进口一批轮胎，货值
24.49 万人民币。
这批轮胎从新疆阿拉山口海关入境，经汉新欧铁路运至湖北武汉，系全国通关一体化改革后武汉关区的首票
通关货物。
2017 年 7 月起，海关通关一体化改革在全国范围内正式实施。进出口企业在国内任意一个海关，皆可完成申
报、缴税等海关手续，不用在属地海关和口岸海关间来回奔波。截至 7 月 5 日，武汉海关辖区企业以 “ 自报自缴 ”
模式申报的报关单共计 58 票。
米其林中国负责人称，以往一票报关单从申报到缴税放行，平均需 1 天时间，在 “ 自报自缴 ” 模式下，只需
要 40 多分钟，通关时间大为缩短。
武汉海关表示，海关通关一体化改革实施后，企业将会享受进口货物 “ 自报自缴 ” 等诸多改革红利。一是可
选择任意地点报关，消除申报的关区限制 ；二是海关执法采用一致的执法口径和监管标准，实现 “ 全国是一关，
一关通天下 ” ；三是效率提高，简化口岸通关环节手续，降低企业货物存留在港口、码头、场站的时间。
