Abstract: The current industrial structure situation of tire industry had been analyzed, the production status
of 25 large tire enterprises in China was enumerated, and the technology development of current tire industry
introduced in this paper. For the future of the tire industry, the article puts forward 3 problems which are faced
now, for the long life of the tire, security, intelligence, the free gas technology and development goals were
summarized.

环保部加大对橡胶企业 VOCs 违规排放的督查力度

日前，环保部督察组表示，他们正在加大对挥发性有机物（VOCs）排放企业的督察力度，并发现橡胶企业
违规排放的问题比较突出。
他们强调，一些企业存在未配套建设，或闲置、停运 VOCs 治理设施的情况。除橡胶外，机械制造、胶合板材、
包装印刷等行业，也是这类问题的重灾区。
据悉，6 月 30 日，环保部 28 个督察组共检查 391 家企业（单位），发现 183 家企业存在环境问题。
其中，属于 “ 散乱污 ” 问题的 44 家，未安装污染治理设施的 42 家，治污设施不正常运行的 14 家，存在
VOCs 治理问题的 47 家。
近年来，环保部加大了对 VOCs 排放的整治力度，橡胶、轮胎制造等都被列入重点控制行业。
2017 年 5 月，唐山市中原轮胎有限责任公司因未安装 VOCs 污染治理设施，被环保部在通报京津冀及周边
地区大气污染防治强化督察情况时，点名批评。
在此之前，上海华谊集团公司和上海米其林回力轮胎股份有限公司两家轮胎企业，还就 VOCs 无组织排放控
制标准问题，被环保部征求意见。
