Processing technology of anti-skid, wear-resistant and high strength
composite PVC plastic runway

Abstract: This paper introduces the production of anti-skid, wear-resistant and high strength composite
PVC runway with the latest formulation and unique structure design. The modification mechanism, process
and preparation method of silane coupling agent for surface activation treatment of fly ash (PFA3) and
blending of waste paper-plastic mixtures with PVC formulation system are discussed. The formulation and
structure design of composite PVC runway are discussed. The results show that, using the latest formulation
and structure design, the PVC runway produced by extrusion and calendering has been improved in
plasticizing properties, processing stability, wear resistance, slip resistance and impact resistance.

此次，Plymouth Foam 公司与巴斯夫携手合作，助力宠物主人为爱犬提供健康、充满活力和欢乐的生活方式。
研究显示，犬类每天至少需要进行 0.5~2 h 的锻炼或玩耍。游戏时间对犬类的健康具有重要影响，确保爱宠使用
的玩具由无毒、耐用且柔软的材料制成十分必要。

除犬用玩具外，Infinergy 已被成功应用于多个领域，其中包括鞋材、运动设备、地板、家具以及车座和实心
轮胎等汽车应用。
