Injection molding technology and mold design of
automobile door handles

Abstract: Advocating national energy saving and emission reduction, automotive industry develops
rapidly to electric energy, and it is possible to use plastic instead of steel to reduce the weight of automobiles.
The injection molding process and formulation of automobile door handle are described in this paper. The
structure design, material and heat treatment of injection mold for automobile door handle are introduced.
At the end of the paper, the working order of injection mold for automobile door handle is described.

Eden Springs 推出了一系列适用于分装冷热饮料的环保型杯。新系列产品包括三种新型环保杯款式，分别是
完全可降解的纸杯、完全可降解的玉米淀粉 PLA 塑料杯和锥形纸杯。
完全可降解的植物基热饮纸杯提供 8 盎司和 12 盎司容量，并有单壁或双壁款式。材料源自可持续来源的纸质，
并且内衬植物 PLA 塑料。这些杯子适合各种饮品，从咖啡、茶到热巧克力和汤。
同时， 7 盎司玉米淀粉基 PLA 塑料杯可完全降解，经认证在工业降解条件下可于 12 周内被分解。
最后，4 盎司锥形纸杯不含 PE 衬里，可以通过传统的纸回收技术进行循环回收。
Eden Springs UK 的董事总经理 Brian Macpherson 表示 ： “ 采用植物基材料不仅在用后具有环保优势，而且
在生产过程中使用的能源显著减少，产生的温室气体也减少。
“ 植物基材料，如玉米淀粉，对于杯子材料而言是更具可持续性的选择，因为玉米是一种可以定期生产和更
新的资源，而不会对环境产生有害影响 ”。

DS Smith 将塑料部门出售给 Olympus Partners
DS Smith will sell plastics department to Olympus Partners
英国包装巨头 DS Smith 3 月 6 日表示已签订协议，将其塑料部门出售给美国私人股本公司 Olympus

Partners。该交易还有待监管部门批准，预计将于今年下半年完成。
据悉，收购价格为 5.85 亿美元 (4.45 亿英镑 )，是截止 2018 年 10 月 31 日前 12 个月 EBITDA 的 9.9 倍。
DS Smith 计划转向可持续性包装，此次业务出售符合该战略，预计税款、交易调整和相关费用扣除后，净
现金收益约为 5.249 6 亿美元 (4 亿英镑 )。
DS Smith 塑料部门包括柔性塑料、硬质塑料和泡沫塑料产品，在 12 个国家拥有 26 个工厂，雇佣了大约 2 000
名员工。截至 2018 年 10 月 31 日，该部门的总资产为 2.23 亿英镑，截至 2018 年 10 月 31 日 12 个月的税前利润
为 2 800 万英镑。
