Production process of all-steel radial truck tire factory

Abstract: Tires are ring rubber products that were installed on vehicles. It is usually installed on the metal
rim, in contact with the road surface and rolling to allow the vehicle to travel. Tires bear various deformation,
load and temperature effects when rolling, and have load-bearing properties, elasticity and wear resistance.
There are many types of tires. All-steel radial truck tires are a type of tires, which are generally used in heavy-
duty trucks and large passenger cars. The production process described in this paper refers to the production
process of all-steel radial truck tire factories.

华盛橡胶拟收购永泰集团
Huasheng Rubber plans to acquire Yongtai Group

2019 年 4 月 8 日，记者获悉，山东永泰集团有限公司收购案出现最新进展。据华盛橡胶一位高层透露，长
期租赁永泰集团生产厂区的华盛橡胶，准备对其进行收购。
山东广饶一位轮胎企业老板听到这个消息后，有些感慨地说： “ 这起跌宕起伏的收购案，有可能会落下帷幕了。 ”

永泰集团成立于 1996 年，在 2015 年全球轮胎行业 75 强排行榜中，排名第 32 位。
2017 年 2 月，永泰集团传出资金链断裂问题。部分供应商和社会集资款的债权人，陆续到工厂催要欠款。
随后，永泰集团的一个生产厂区，被华盛橡胶租赁。
2018 年 8 月，东营市法院表示，受理永泰集团破产清算一案。
2019 年 3 月 19 日，双王橡胶通过拍卖的方式，以 4.038 亿元的价格，收购永泰集团。
