The importance of tire vulcanized exhaust gas efficient and energy̺
saving collection system for exhaust gas treatment

Abstract: Waste management in tire factories is an urgent environmental protection task. This paper
introduced 8 kinds of VOCs processing technology and analyzed the investment cost of UV photocatalytic
oxidation process. The new high-efficiency exhaust gas energy-saving collection system was introduced, and
its investment cost was also calculated. By comparison, the new method can save a lot of investment and
achieve good economic and social benefits.
