Effect of DCP/bisphenol AF vulcanization system and amount on the

Abstract: Effect of DCP/bisphenol AF vulcanization system and amount on the aging resistance of EPDM/
FKM blended rubber were studied. Tth research has shown that with the increase of vulcanizing agent DCP
amount, the vulcanization degree of EPDM/FKM blended rubber becomes longer, and the curing time of the
process becomes shorter. Before aging, the tensile strength of the blended rubber becomes larger, and the
elongation at break first turn larger and then turn smaller, and the tensile stress at 50% becomes larger; During
the aging process, the tensile strength first becomes smaller and then becomes larger, the elongation at
break is sharply smaller, and the tensile stress at 50% is slightly increased. As the amount of vulcanizing agent
bisphenol AF becomes larger, the degree of vulcanization is substantially unchanged, and the process curing
time becomes shorter; Before aging, the tensile strength and elongation at break of the blending rubber are
basically unchanged; during the aging process, the tensile strength first becomes smaller and then becomes
larger, the elongation at break is sharply smaller, and the tensile stress at 50% is increased slightly.

他们联手开发出用于汽车转角成型密封件的新型 Santoprene 热塑性硫化胶(TPVs)。
两家公司通过采用杜邦公司设计的硅基添加剂,代替传统有机助滑添加剂,开发出新一代 Santoprene 热塑
性硫化胶 (TPVs)。
这不仅改善了与乙烯丙烯二烯单体(EDPM)橡胶基材的粘合性能,而且摩擦系数(COF)较低,使门窗更
易开关。
全新系列 Santoprene TPV B260 产品,还具有更优异的流动性、耐磨性和紫外线光稳定性。
