Abstract: In this paper, the effects of NR/NBR blend ratio on the curing characteristics, mechanical
properties, compression heat generation and damping properties of blended rubber damping materials

were studied. The results showed that with the increase of NBR content, the blended M L , M H and M H
all increased and t s1 and t c90 decreased first and then increased. The tensile strength, elongation at break,
tensile stress and tearing strength all decreases, the hardness increases, the resilience decreases obviously;
the compression set and temperature increase obviously; the lagging energy loss (HED) and the damping
coefficient increase. DMA curves showed two obvious loss peaks. With the increase of NBR content, the
tanδ max1 of NR phase decreased and the tanδ max2 of NBR phase increased gradually, and the change trend
of loss modulus was similar. When NBR/NBR = 70/30, the mechanical properties of blended rubber are lower
than that of pure NR, and the damping properties near room temperature are obviously improved, the overall
performance is better than others.

从青岛市科技局获悉,青岛市橡胶新材料及智能装备科技创新中心正式获批建设,这是青岛市批准建设的第
七个科技创新中心。科技创新中心突出靶向产业发展,按照 “ 成熟一个、启动一个 ” 的原则,经区(市)推荐申报、
专家论证、社会公示等程序确定。
青岛市橡胶新材料及智能装备科技创新中心以青岛科技大学、软控股份有限公司为牵头单位,以中国中化集
团公司、赛轮金宇集团股份有限公司等 10 个单位为参与单位,以 “ 集聚优势资源、共筑创新平台、服务国家战
略和行业需求 ” 为目标,重点突破 “ 安全、节能、环保 ” 橡胶材料制备、轮胎成套智能装备与系统等一批关键核
心技术,建设 “ 橡胶新材料、轮胎智能制造、绿色轮胎全生命周期、其他橡胶制品 ” 等四大科技创新平台,打造
国家级橡胶行业创新创业孵化器,建设 “ 橡胶新材料产业化基地、轮胎智能制造示范基地、橡胶智能装备产业基地、
数字化工厂产业基地 ” 等四大产业基地,推动青岛市橡胶新材料与智能制造产业发展。力争到 2020 年,培育高
新技术企业 20 家,带动全市橡胶工业总产值突破 1 200 亿元,着力打造全球领衔的橡胶新材料与智能制造科技创
新中心。
据悉,下一步,青岛市科技局将围绕全市新旧动能转总体部署,突出发挥科技创新中心对产业的支撑作用,
以培育壮大新兴产业为目标,着力将科技创新中心打造成为关键技术的供给源和科技创新的高地,为青岛市产业
结构调整提供强有力的动力源。
