Abstract: This article analyzes the current production status of the semi steel radial tire industry and

2023 年 4 月 10 日，山东大业股份有限公司发布关于投资设立境外子公司的公告。
大业股份表示，为进一步拓展国际业务，拟设立境外子公司大业欧洲有限责任公司。
据介绍，子公司位于德国黑森州，注册资本约 2.5 万欧元，主营胎圈钢丝、钢帘线、胶管钢丝等钢丝制品的
进出口、销售和售后服务等。
该公司表示，通过在欧洲设立全资子公司，建立辐射带动能力更强的海外营销网络，有利于进一步拓展海外
市场，提升品牌知名度。
《中国橡胶》杂志了解到，近年来大业股份紧跟国内外轮胎巨头的全球布局和发展步伐，持续推进国际化进程。
截至目前，该公司已在美国设立并挂牌运营大业 ( 美洲 ) 有限责任公司，并计划在东南亚相关国家设立子公司，
从而更好地贴近服务客户和市场。
