Abstract: Rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) pipes have been used in our daily lives for decades and have
played an important role in people's lives. Due to different application fields, the variety of hard polyvinyl
chloride (PVC-U) pipes is becoming increasingly diverse. Due to different product performance requirements,
there are also significant differences in the processing process formulas of hard polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U)
pipes. This article analyzes the effects of different stabilizers on the processing and performance of polyvinyl
chloride (PVC-U) pipes for water supply, aiming to provide colleagues engaged in the processing of such
products with an understanding of the impact of different stabilizers on the production process and product
performance, and to avoid unnecessary losses.
