                    Abstract: Semi wet modified nano attapulgite (AT) tire compound was prepared by mechanical
                blending. The effects of the filler fraction of modified AT on Mooney viscosity, vulcanization properties and
                mechanical properties of the tire compound were studied. The microstructure of the modified AT and its
                reinforced tire compound was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron
                microscopy (TEM). The results show that the modified AT is composed of nano single crystals with a diameter
                of 10~25 nm and a length of 100~2000 nm. The force between the single crystals is weak, which can be
                separated and uniformly dispersed in the tire compound under the action of mechanical shear force, forming
                a nanocomposite with good interfacial bonding effect. Compared with precipitated silica, the semi wet
                modified AT can reduce the Mooney viscosity of the tire compound, shorten the curing time, and improve
                the processing properties of the tire compound. With the increase of the amount of modified AT, the tensile
                strength, 300% elongation stress and tear strength of the tire compound first increased and then decreased
                slightly. When the content of modified AT was 60 phr, the comprehensive properties of the tire compound
                were the best, and its mechanical properties reached and exceeded the requirements of the national
                standard.

                                山东重点发展先进制造业 提升轮胎产业结构层次
                  Shandong focuses on developing advanced manufacturing industry and upgrading tire industrial structure

                    近日,山东省委、省政府印发《先进制造业强省行动计划(2022-2025 年)》,要求各级各部门单位认真贯彻
                落实。
                    在总体目标中提到,力争到 2025 年,制造业增加值占全省 GDP 比重达到 30% 左右,规模以上工业企业营
                业收入利润率达到 6% 左右,规模以上工业企业研究与试验发展(R&D)经费支出占营业收入比重达到 2.2% 左
                右,高新技术产业产值占规模以上工业总产值比重达到 50% 左右,数字经济核心产业增加值占全省 GDP 比重达
                到 10% 左右,单位工业增加值能源消耗较 2020 年降低 17% 左右,推动制造业实现质的有效提升和量的合理增长,
                初步建成先进制造业强省。
                    计划提到要提升产业结构层次。加快转调优化低效产能,持续深入开展化工产业安全生产转型升级专项行动,
                深入推动钢铁、炼化、焦炭、水泥、轮胎、化工等高耗能行业高质量发展。
