Abstract: This paper introduces the optimization of raw material ratio, process optimization and
evaluation of developing effect of a developing pain treatment catheter. The effects of different kinds of
coupling agents on the developing effect, cytotoxicity and process under different barium sulfate contents
were explored. The process parameters of the granulator and extruder were optimized, and the developing
effect was qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed. The results show that the developing effect under 60%
barium sulfate is better. Compared with aluminate coupling agent and titanate coupling agent, silane
coupling agent has stronger adhesion to barium sulfate, better developing effect, less cytotoxicity and stable
granulation process.

近日，福建天华智能装备有限公司收到了中巴合资公司 —— 瑟维斯浪马轮胎（私人）有限公司的首期 65″

双模液压硫化机设备验收单。至此，福建天华在瑟维斯浪马的设备全部调试完成。
据《中国橡胶》杂志了解，今年 3 月 28 日，瑟维斯浪马在巴基斯坦卡拉奇市举行轮胎工厂项目落成仪式。
这个合资轮胎企业，由朝阳浪马轮胎责任有限公司与巴基斯坦轮胎制造商瑟维斯工业公司共同建设。这是巴基斯
坦第一个全钢载重子午线轮胎制造、研发基地，标志着巴轮胎制造业进入新阶段。瑟维斯浪马也成为中巴经济走
廊和 “ 一带一路 ” 的明星项目。
