5 结语 置的电压反馈计算排线速度，利用限位开关换向的方

Application of cable equipment speed control in cable system

Abstract: This paper introduces the solution of speed synchronization control for winding displacement
and retrieve of cable rack in cable extrusion production line. This method meets the production requirement
that the winding displacement speed needs to constantly follow the retrieve speed, and determines the
timing of winding displacement commutation by accurately displaying the current position of winding
displacement, so that the wire can be uniformly and orderly wound on the reel. The whole system realizes the
automatic control process, reduces the manual intervention, and greatly improves the production efficiency,
and the production line also has reliable stability.
