Research and development of DLB-Q1400X2000X2 new high-efficiency
and energy-saving endless belt vulcanizer

Abstract: With the rapid development of the conveyor belt industry, higher requirements are put forward
for the structure, performance and automation of the conveyor belt vulcanization equipment, especially for
the endless conveyor belt vulcanizer. In the past, the old-fashioned endless conveyor belt vulcanizer used
a simple joint machine, which was very complicated to operate with labor-intensive, and more importantly,
the product quality was not high. In order to meet the market demand and replace the production status
of the old-fashioned endless conveyor belt vulcanizer, our company's R&D team has continuously improved,
improved and innovated on the original basis by inspecting old users. In 2021, our company developed the
first new type of high-efficiency and energy-saving endless belt vulcanizer product, and the actual use effect
of users is remarkable, and it has been put into production.

2022 中国（慈溪）汽车零部件产业发展论坛举行
2022 China (Cixi) Auto Parts Industry Development Forum Held
汽车产业电动化、智能化、网联化、共享化 “ 新四化 ” 发展趋势加速演进，势不可当 ；中国新能源汽车以技
术和速度弯道超车、引领世界，成为 “ 双碳 ” 战略主引擎。
在日前举行的 2022 中国 ( 慈溪 ) 汽车零部件产业发展论坛暨慈溪市汽车配件行业协会第四届第一次会员大
会上，浙江省中青年学科带头人、浙江省 “ 新世纪 151 人才工程 ” 人才杨礼康会同浙江大学车辆工程研究所副所长、
国家级能源与动力实验中心副主任熊树生作了 “ 汽车 ‘ 新四化 ’ 技术发展趋势 ” 和 “ 双碳背景下的汽车产业发展 ”
两场精彩演讲，把脉行业发展现状趋势，为慈溪汽车零部件行业转型升级引航鼓劲。副市长周高出席并致辞。
创新引领，协会搭台，企业唱戏，走专业化、市场化服务相结合之路。以 2021 年 4 月慈溪市汽车配件行业
协会创新服务综合体建设工作推进大会为新契机和起点，至今创新综合服务体框架初步构建，建设入驻单位初具
规模。已对接中国汽车工程学会宁波 ( 慈溪 ) 服务站、慈溪 · 同济智能新能源汽车创新创业产业化平台、浙江大
学未来科技城、“ 科创中国 · 宁波 ” 产业创新服务中心、易士软件公司、慈溪久一智能科技有限公司等 28 家共建
单位。参加企业达 38 家，产学研合作项目数达到 32 项。解决各类企业技术难题 234 项，服务企业 649 家次。
会上新当选的慈溪市汽车零部件行业协会会长、浙江长华汽车零部件股份有限公司董事长王长土表示，要审
时度势，主动顺应宏观发展新形势，紧紧抓住汽车产业被列入宁波市 “246” 万千亿级产业集群示范区和慈溪市
“123” 千百亿级产业集群重点产业的大好机遇，以 “ 慈溪市汽车高端零部件产业创新服务综合体 ” 建设为总抓手，
创新运行机制、活动方式和服务手段，提升协会吸引力、影响力和竞争力，努力把协会建成政治引领、社会担当、
组织健全、运行规范、高效服务全市汽车零部件产业高质量发展的创新型协会。
