Structural design of injection mold for lamp cap shell of
new mobile lamp

Abstract: Through the analysis of the body elements of the lamp cap shell, the bumps, groove obstacles,
grooves, large quantities and appearance elements on the body are found. For groove elements, the
structure of fixed mold integral core is used; for large quantities, the structure of symmetrical one-mold four-
cavity is used for injection molding; for one bump and four groove obstacles, five sets of inner core-pulling
and demolding mechanisms with oblique pusher are used, so 20 sets of inner core-pulling and demolding
mechanisms with oblique pusher are used for the whole pair of injection molding; There will be no trace of
mould structure on the outside surface of the lamp cap shell, because the top pole demolding is completely
avoided in the four molding positions, and the core pulling and demolding mechanism of the oblique pusher
is set in the inner shape of the lamp cap shell. With these measures, the quality of the lamp cap shell fully
meets the drawing requirements and ensures its appearance requirements.

神马集团 40 万 t PC 及配套双酚 A 项目一期即将试车

9 月 15 日上午，在位于叶县产业集聚区的河南平煤神马聚碳材料有限公司 40 万 t/ 年聚碳酸酯（PC）及配套
双酚 A 项目 ( 以下简称 BPA）区，工程技术人员和施工人员正在加紧进收尾安装、罐体制作、中心控制室调试及
相关辅助设施建设，为项目试车生产全力 “ 冲刺 ” 攻坚。
河南平煤神马聚碳材料有限责任公司一期 10 万 t/ 年 PC 及 13 万 t/ 年 BPA 项目是集团转型发展的重点工程，
同时也是河南省和平顶山市重点项目。
该公司成立于 2018 年 2 月，占地面积约 1 000 亩，规划总产能为 40 万 t 聚碳酸酯及 37 万 t 双酚 A 项目，一
期建设规模为 10 万 t/ 年 PC 及 13 万 t/ 年 BPA 项目。截止目前，公司一期两个项目已进入收尾冲刺阶段，试车工
作有序推进，预计 10 月底开始投料试生产。
据了解，PC 材料作为五大工程塑料之一，具有耐高温低温、强度大等特点，运用于民用、航空、高铁甚至
军工航天等越来越多的领域。据统计，我国 PC 材料每年需求量为 180 万 t，而国内仅能生产 70 多万 t，而且使
用 PC 的领域还在不断拓宽，市场前景广阔。
项目依托集团现有焦化、盐化产业链得天独厚的内部资源，借助于集团多年深耕工程塑料的经验和品牌优势，
项目建成后，将填补河南省高端 PC 材料市场空白，对于提升河南省乃至全国盐化产业高端化、精细化发展水具
有重要意义。
