Design of electric distance adjustment device for cabinet type main

Abstract: According to the frequent replacement of semi-steel tire production specifications, the distance
adjustment device for cabinet type main engine buckling plate of semi-steel two-stage building machine
is upgraded from manual adjustment to electric adjustment. The device makes rational use of the original
structure space of the equipment and is driven by variable frequency motor. The initial position of the buckling
plate can be adjusted by operating the man-machine interface, which improves the automation level and
shortens the time of changing specifications.

艾瑞玛扩大塑料回收方案，收购 PLASMAC 60% 股份

EREMA expands plastics recycling to acquire 60% stake in PLASMAC
奥地利回收机械制造商艾瑞玛 (EREMA) 集团日前宣布，已于 2019 年 1 月 1 日收购回收机械制造商
PLASMAC Srl 60% 的股权，以进一步扩大其为内部应用量身定制的塑料回收解决方案。
据悉，其余 40% 股权则归意大利吹膜行业设备制造商 SYNCRO 集团所有。
自 1994 年以来，PLASMAC 作为回收机械制造商一直活跃于全球。2018 年 6 月，SYNCRO 集团将业务迁
至 Busto Arsizio( 意大利 )，并于 2019 年 1 月新成立了 PLASMAC Srl。
凭借 INTAREMA 系统等技术开发，以及专门从事粉碎挤出机技术，用于回收清洁生产废料的子公司 PURE
®
LOOP 的成立，艾瑞玛集团已成功加强和扩大其市场地位。
艾瑞玛集团首席执行官 Manfred Hackl 表示，收购 PLASMAC 的股份是维持艾瑞玛领先市场地位的进一步
体现。他表示 ： “ 收购项目使我们能够为内部客户提供量身定制的回收解决方案，我们的公司集团从而可以覆盖
新的客户群体和市场。”
PLASMAC Srl 首席执行官兼 SYNCRO 集团首席执行官 Gabriele Caccia 同样对双方合作表示期待，他表示：
“ 所有的参与公司都将与艾瑞玛的合作中受益。”
