Basic technology for manufacturing automobile tire (9)

Abstract: Tires can be divided into oblique tires and radial tires according to structure. From the
application, they can be divided into car tires and light truck tires, truck tires and engineering tires. This article
lists the basic structure of the tire and the design of the tread pattern, and introduces the whole production
process and technology of the tire from the preparation of rubber compound, the rolling of the cord fabric,
cord fabric cutting, wire ring manufacturing, tread and shoulder pad manufacturing, tire building to the
vulcanization of tire and the inspection of the finished products. This article describes in detail the entire
production process of the tires. At the same time, the equipment and process requirements for each section
are described in detail for reference by the relevant readers.
