Abstract: The exhaust line of tire extrusion components is an important device for the extrusion linkage
line. The extrusion condition of the exhaust line affects the rolling exhaust effect of the subsequent molding
process. After experiencing the insufficiency of the process and use of the exhaust line device, it is improved
by referring to the structure of the multi-disc applicators roller of the building machine and combined with the
actual working conditions of the linkage line. The modified exhaust line device can meet the requirements of
the process and use.

Continental Group demonstrates integrated tire technology system C.A.R.E at IAA to manage tires for
autonomous fleets

据外媒报道，在今年的法兰克福车展（IAA）上，大陆集团推出了一个综合技术系统 Conti C.A.R.E.（网联、
自动驾驶、可靠、电气化），能够微调车轮和轮胎技术，并管理所需的性能特征。此类性能与个人和共享出行场
景中电动和自动驾驶汽车的需求紧密相关。与基于网络的 ContiConnect Live 应用程序相结合， Conti C.A.R.E. 将
成为一个灵活的系统解决方案，能够为现代机器人出租车车队提供轮胎管理方法，从而提高车辆性能并帮助优化
成本。
Conti C.A.R.E. 系统配备了内置于轮胎结构中的传感器，此类传感器可以产生并不断评估有关胎面深度、
可能发生的损坏、轮胎温度和轮胎压力等数据。而 ContiSense 监控系统会将轮胎状况信息实时传输至 ContiConnect
Live 应用，为车队运营商提供高效的出行管理。
此外，大陆集团还通过内置于车轮内部的离心泵来主动调整轮胎的压力。当车辆加速时，车轮内的离心力对
泵发生作用，产生压缩空气。然后，PressureProof 技术可使轮胎的压力保持在理想范围内，有助于降低二氧化碳
排放量。而 PressureBoost 技术可利用存储在集成罐中多余压缩空气，快速调整轮胎压力，以适应各种驾驶情况。
而且，大陆集团还展示了 SilentWheel 概念，即一个经过改装的轮辋，能够减少驾驶时产生的振动，提供优
越的乘坐体验。
