Analysis of sealing property of GK type mixer shaft-through rotor
junction surface

Abstract: The structural characteristics of the shaft-through rotor, the process of shaft-through and the
force in the state of rotor rubber mixing. The factors affecting the sealing of the junction surface the shaft-type
rotor were analyzed, such as roughness, shrink range, shafting tooling, rotor honing process, positioning pin
and O-ring groove size. Experiments were carried out item by item, and targeted improvements were made
to improve the sealing of the rotor junction surface.

供过于求格局未变 橡胶或延续震荡
The pattern of oversupply has not changed, and the rubber market will continue to fluctuate
供给方面 ：国内外主产区天气恢复正常，开割顺利，产量增长明显 ；供给层面总体较为宽松。
需求方面：需求整体仍旧偏弱，淡季特征明显；出口方面短期贸易战难有缓和，预期偏悲观；同时受 “ 利奇马 ”
台风的影响，上周山东地区部分轮胎工厂停产，短期压制下游需求。
库存方面 ： RU1909 合约交割临近，仍然面临较高仓单压力。
替代品方面 ：受丁二烯成本支撑，华北丁苯及顺丁橡胶价格近期持稳，合成橡胶行业整体盈利状况不佳对天
胶价格有所支撑。
综合观点 ：宏观层面，全球经济衰退忧虑持续，利空大宗商品消费。产业层面，天然橡胶基本面仍处于供过
于求态势，国内下游需求短期难有明显好转 ；从全球整体层面看贸易战将导致下游贸易流向重构，近期中国对美
国以外地区出口保持较快增长，总需求影响或有限。市场层面，近期行情主要受全球宏观消息面扰动，呈窄幅波
动态势。
策略建议：基本面缺乏利好提振，但绝对价格低位亦限制进一步下跌空间。预计短期仍以震荡为主，操作方面，
建议观望为主，若行情再次出现调整可逢低做多。
