Abstract: With the development of science and technology, the rice transplanting method has gradually
changed from the original artificial transplanting to mechanical transplanting, and the rice transplanting
machine has been gradually used. The development of the rubber wheel for the rice transplanter is
introduced. The results show that the appropriate rubber compound formula design, product structure design,
appropriate iron core and adhesive, and through reasonable production process, it can produce products
with shock absorption, wear resistance, pressure resistance, tear resistance and smooth running.
