energetic material RF/RDX with RF as the skeleton has the triple characteristics of energetic materials, nano
materials and composite materials. Based on the basic theory of surface interface chemistry, this paper
studies the explosive solvent involved in the preparation of nano RF/RDX to achieve the purpose of selecting
the best solvent. By measuring the viscosity value of the solvent and its contact angle with the matrix material,
and calculating the surface energy of the material by capillary permeation method, the factors affecting the
fluidity of the solvent itself and the interface contact between the solvent and the material are considered.
Finally, experimental data was obtained. After comparison, it was concluded that trichloroethylene, N,N-
dimethylformamide and acetonitrile were selected as alternative solvents for RDX. Finally, nano-RF/RDX
materials were prepared by sol-gel method using N,N-dimethylformamide as solvent. The results of electron
microscopy showed that the size of the supercritical dry RF gel grid was between 20 and 100 nm. The RDX
filled in the RF/RDX composite was full, and the particle size was between 36 and 38 nm. The distribution was
uniform and verified. This solvent can be used for the preparation of nano RF/RDX.

2019 年 5 月 13 日，由益阳橡胶塑料机械集团有限公司创新开发的首台新型欧版 GE320EVO 密炼机经空负
荷试车后成功下线。该主机样机于去年 9 月份亮相上海第 18 届中国国际橡胶技术展览会，成为展会上一道亮丽
的风景线，并被一浙江客户看好而订购。
近年来，益阳橡机以市场需求为导问，瞄准国内外橡胶轮胎及非轮胎橡胶制品企业对装备升级的需求，通过
与德国 KM 专家在产品升级上的深度合作，根据欧洲橡胶制品企业使用特点，而开发了这款欧版 GE320EVO 密
炼机。
该产品是专用于密炼机开拓欧洲市场的新产品。欧版 GE320EVO 密炼机是原 GE320 密炼机的改进与提升，
通过对该机参数化设计的进一步完善以及结构的优化，已拥有更多的优点 ：该机转子体间隙及上顶栓与加料筒间
隙更加合理，加料门开口距离增加，吃胶更加方便，加料筒等易磨穿地方锻铬，耐磨性更强，提升了上顶栓升降
速度及卸料门开机速度，因而，经该机炼胶后的产品质量与效率将大幅度提升。
