Study on tire sidewall bulge caused by mechanical reverse packaging
of all steel radial tire

Abstract: In the production process of all steel radial tire, the mechanical reverse packaging molding
gradually began to replace the capsule molding because of its good repeatability and process control, fast
production speed, and basically no consumables (capsules). However, there is a problem commonly known
as "bulge" in the tire produced by mechanical reverse packing drum. The phenomenon is that the tire surface
is radial and regular uneven. This paper focuses on the causes and improvement of this phenomenon in the
molding process, preparing for further design and improvement of the molding machine and tire structure,
and thoroughly eliminating the bulge problem.

近日，阿波罗轮胎在印度钦奈研发中心，开设一家轮胎测试中心 (ADTC)。
这家新中心，主要用于测试高级乘用车胎和摩托车胎。他们为电动汽车轮胎和智能汽车轮胎，配备了专用的
测试设备。新设备能够模拟现实世界的路况，协助评估轮胎对车辆操控的影响。此外，这家中心还建有消声室，
用于评估轮胎噪声、振动和刚度 (NV&H)。阿波罗轮胎表示，此举能不断提高产品开发过程的效率。在模拟真实
的条件下进行测试，能够精确优化他们的产品性能。据悉，阿波罗轮胎制定的中期战略中指出，技术是发展的关
键要素。

三角轮胎入选两个重要省级名单

近期，山东省商务厅、工业和信息化厅分别公布了 “ 重点培育的贸易双循环试点企业名单 ” 与 “ 全省资源综
合利用先进单位拟表彰名单 ”，公司作为内外贸发展突出的企业和资源综合利用的先进单位入选。
“ 重点培育的贸易双循环试点企业名单 ” 是省商务厅为落实 “ 二十大 ” 关于 “ 加快构建以国内大循环为主体、
国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局 ” 部署要求，引导企业融入新发展格局认定的，共 22 家轮胎企业入选。
“ 全省资源综合利用先进单位拟表彰名单 ” 是省工业和信息化厅根据《山东省人力资源和社会保障厅山东省
工业和信息化厅关于评选表彰全省资源综合利用先进单位的通知》（鲁人社字〔2022〕115 号）组织开展的，共
80 家单位入选。
