Abstract: Polymerization-induced self-assembly (PISA) is an environmentally friendly and efficient method
for the preparation of block copolymer nanoparticles with specific morphologies developed in recent years.
polymerization-induced self-assembly can be achieved by a variety of living polymerization methods, and
this paper discusses the polymerization-induced self-assembly mediated by RAFT polymerization. This paper is
divided into two parts. The first part mainly introduces the polymerization-induced self-assembly and the RAFT-
mediated polymerization-induced self-assembly system, including the introduction of the basic concepts of
PISA, the RAFT-mediated PISA polymerization system, and the research on the polymerization mechanism.
In the second part, the research prospects of RAFT-mediated polymerization-induced self-assembly are
             prospected.
