Application of environment-friendly peptizer in semi-steel tire carcass

Abstract: This article mainly analyzes the application of environmentally friendly peptizers in the carcass
formula of semi-steel radial tires, which are verified by small matching experiments and large-scale tests
in the workshop. The results show that the processing performance of the semi-steel radial tire compound
rubber mainly made of natural rubber has been improved, and the Mooney viscosity has been greatly
reduced. At the same time, the scorch time is correspondingly extended, and while improving the processing
performance, it ensures the safety of rubber processing. The increase in the adhesion of the rubber steel wire
after vulcanization has correspondingly improved the overall performance of the tire.

近期，意大利自行车轮胎制造商 Vittoria Group（维多利亚集团）正在泰国邦普工业区建造世界上第一个碳
中和自行车轮胎厂。
据悉，该集团投资 2000 万美元（约人民币 1.3 亿元），将旗下最大的公司 —— 泰国狮子轮胎（LTT）的厂房

面积从 36 000 m 扩增至 52 000 m 。
新工厂将拥有 400 名员工，预计在 2022 年底前开始运营，并将使维多利亚集团的轮胎总产量在未来几年翻
一番。
维多利亚集团称，该工厂的设计将可持续发展放在了最重要的位置，采用太阳能电池板、智能气候控制、生
物材料和可回收材料以及电气固化，这将使该工厂成为自行车轮胎行业的第一家碳中和工厂。
这家工厂将生产专业和业余自行车手使用的优质自行车轮胎。同时，该工厂还将配备产品测试和研发设施。
据悉，该新工厂的奠基仪式已于今年 9 月 23 日举行，LTT 高层、当地政府官员、泰国和意大利工业代表以
及意大利驻泰国大使出席了仪式。
维多利亚集团与泰国的故事始于 1988 年，当时该集团在曼谷开设了第一家工厂。
目前，维多利亚集团的业务分布在曼谷和罗勇的五处，包括石墨烯化合物研究和生产设施，以及在一个自行
车轮胎胎面中合并四种化合物的 4C 技术设施。
