Development of PLC-controlled V-belt wrapping machine

Abstract: Aiming at the low degree of automation of ordinary V-belt wrapping equipment, this article
compares the development status of V-belt production equipment at home and abroad, and designs and
improves the mechanical, electrical control and part of the program of the V-type rubber wrapping machine.
Select PLC control technology, control the pneumatic system through solenoid valve, realize the automation
of each part, realize the intelligent design of the V-type rubber wrapping machine and meet the control
requirements. Improved measures to make the ordinary V-belt wrapping process more intelligent, humane
and efficient. Compared with the old V-belt wrapping machine, this new V-type rubber wrapping machine
has greater advantages in terms of management, operation, and safety.

住友橡胶工业株式会社（以下称住友橡胶）的全球化脚步从未停止，近期又有大动作，决定投资 10.64 亿雷
亚尔（约 2.1 亿美元），用于提高住友橡胶巴西工厂的轮胎生产能力，为当地经济社会的发展注入源源不断的活水。
通过本次投资，住友橡胶巴西工厂的日产量将大幅提升。预计 2024 年 4 月前，乘用车和轻型卡车轮胎的日
产量将从目前的 18,000 条 / 日提升至 23,000 条 / 日，卡客车轮胎预计在 2025 年 4 月前，将从目前的 1000 条 /

日提升至 2200 条 / 日。
住友橡胶巴西工厂自 2013 年 10 月开始生产乘用车和轻型卡车轮胎，2019 年 3 月开始投入生产卡客车轮胎。
2020 年巴西轮胎市场受新冠病毒疫情影响有所缩减，但 2021 年的增长量有望超过疫情暴发前水平，预测此后将
以每年 2%~3% 的速度稳定增长。
住友橡胶扩大巴西工厂的生产能力，旨在进一步加强公司在巴西市场的轮胎销售业务，同时也是住友橡胶整
体业务在全球范围扩张的重要一步。

2021 年 8 月 6 日，百度旗下的集度汽车与大陆集团签署战略合作协议，双方将形成全面的技术联盟，加速集
度汽车的产品落地。
集度首席执行官夏一平表示，集度首款车型的工程预研将在本月结束，下一阶段将进入量产研发过程。
此外，夏一平还透露，集度产品的智能座舱软件设计已开始，软件研发也已全方位启动。
2021 年 3 月，百度投资 20 亿成立集度汽车有限公司，夏一平表示，希望集度汽车的早期用户是年轻群体，
喜欢科技产品，特别是 90、95 后群体。还有消息称，集度汽车聘请了凯迪拉克前高管领导其汽车设计工作室。
