Abstract: In the rubber compound production process, in addition to the high-dose materials such as
carbon black, powder and raw rubber/synthetic rubber (generally called the main material or large material),
there is a relatively small amount of part in the formula. Such raw materials are mostly chemicals, auxiliaries,
compounding agents, etc., such as zinc oxide, stearic acid, DM, TMTD, sulfur, and vulcanizing accelerators,
which are generally called auxiliary materials or small medicine (small materials). The equipment developed
for the batching of auxiliary materials was called small medicine batching system, which is generally
independent of the internal mixer mixing system. Large rubber and tire companies use fully automatic small
medicine batching systems, and small and medium-sized enterprises generally use semi-automatic small
medicine batching systems. The semi-automatic small medicine batching system meets customer needs in
terms of investment cost, efficiency, floor space, energy saving, environmental protection, and automation.

安徽再添年产 600 万条轮胎产能
Anhui adds another 6 million tires annually
2020 年 11 月 5 日，怀远县生态环境分局发布公告称安徽吉驰轮胎股份有限公司 “ 半钢子午线轮胎产品质量
提升技术改造项目 ” 环境影响报通过审批，这标志着安徽省将再添年产 600 万条轮胎产能。
安徽吉驰轮胎股份有限公司 “ 半钢子午线轮胎产品质量提升技术改造项目 ” 位于蚌埠市怀远县经济开发区，
项目采用半钢子午线轮胎绿色环保产品质量提升机改造制造工艺，购置轮胎均匀性试验机、三复合加一挤出机组、
硫化机等，建设轮胎配套、蒸汽、压力系统等公辅设施，形成年产 600 万条绿色环保半钢子午线汽车轮胎的生产
能力。
资料显示，安徽吉驰轮胎股份有限公司成立于 2011 年，位于安徽省蚌埠市怀远县经济开发区，占地 1000 亩，
主要从事高性能半钢子午线轮胎的研发、生产与销售。项目总投资 20 亿元，设计产能 1200 万条，目前一期 300
万条产能已经达成。
安徽吉驰轮胎产品已出口至欧美、亚、非、澳、拉丁美洲等多个国家和地区，公司主导产品 “MINNELL（米
耐尔）”“ 和鼎 ” 牌半钢子午线轮胎系列。

风神轮胎进博会上敲定数亿元采购大单

11 月 4 日，第三届中国国际进口博览会拉开帷幕，风神轮胎现场敲定数亿元天然橡胶采购大单。
在 11 月 6 日上午河南交易团举办的 “ 河南交易团采购需求发布暨现场签约会 ” 上，风神轮胎与东南亚世界
级天然橡胶生产商签署意向合作协议，初步敲定明年的天然橡胶合作意向及规划。
风神轮胎天然橡胶采购业务相关负责人表示这是公司第三次参加进博会，通过前两次参会，风神轮胎借助进
博会洽谈之机加强了与东南亚核心天然橡胶供应商的合作，双方达成了数亿元的进口天然橡胶成交意向，本届进
博会将进一步扩展进口天然橡胶方面的成交意向规模。
