bromobutyl rubber and performance study

Abstract: This article explores the method of preparing dynamic vulcanized elastomer by two-
phase blending reaction of styrene-ethylene-styrene block copolymer (SBS) and bromobutyl rubber. The
performance of the dynamic vulcanized elastomer prepared by reaction processing was studied, and the
secondary processing was performed to explore the performance change. The results show that when the
ratio of SBS to BIIR is close to 1:0.5, the dynamic vulcanized elastomer has better mechanical properties, and
the material properties of the secondary processing have little change. The dynamic vulcanization elastomer
material prepared under this ratio has practical value.

全新推出的 AGILIS 3 有诸多创新。全胎侧防护块整整增厚 1.5mm，与强壮的胎圈保护条一起，保护胎侧轮
毂有效抵御路肩刮擦，使轮胎整体更强韧耐用。
同时，沟槽的排石设计降低了轮胎故障率和车辆停车率，从而进一步减少轮胎损伤事故的发生。
其次，特殊的花纹沟槽设计使 AGILIS 3 的湿地刹车距离相较于同等产品明显缩短，在新胎状态下平均缩短
1.6m，而在磨耗至 2mm 的状态下平均缩短 2.9m。这一设计为 AGILIS 3 提供了更持久的抓地力。
得益于高密度耐磨橡胶配方，AGILIS 3 拥有超长的里程寿命，较上一代提升高达 25%。
全新 AGILIS 3 拥有 10 种不同规格，分别适配 14 寸、15 寸及 16 寸轮胎。本月已面世 5 个规格，其余规格
将陆续上市。
AGILIS 3 适用商务通勤接送、物流配送和特种改装等多种运输场景。未来，米其林还将推出更多尺寸规格
供广大卡客车用户选择。
