Study on the performance of a modified fluororubber resistant to
aviation lubricant

Abstract: This paper described the inspection process of a modified fluororubber resistance to aviation
lubricants. The performance of fluororubber was tested and analyzed. The performance of fluororubber
resistant to foreign aviation lubricant under different test conditions was investigated. The performance of
fluororubber resistant to domestic aviation lubricant under different test conditions was investigated. The results
showed that the performance of fluororubber has reached the requirements of technical indicators, and is
good for domestic and foreign aviation lubricants, and its adaptability to the engine is good.

中国对欧盟等国进口卤化丁基橡胶进行反侵销调查

2017 年 8 月 30 日，记者从商务部获悉，商务部对原产于美国、欧盟和新加坡的进口卤化丁基橡胶进行反倾
销立案调查，本次调查确定的倾销调查期为 2016 年 4 月 1 日至 2017 年 3 月 31 日，产业损害调查期为 2014 年 1

月 1 日至 2017 年 3 月 31 日。 商务部于 2017 年 8 月 14 日收到浙江信汇新材料股份有限公司和盘锦和运新材料
有限公司代表国内卤化丁基橡胶产业正式提交的反倾销调查申请，申请人请求对原产于美国、欧盟和新加坡的进
口卤化丁基橡胶进行反倾销调查。商务部依据《中华人民共和国反倾销条例》的有关规定，对申请人的资格、申
请调查产品的有关情况、中国同类产品的有关情况、申请调查产品对国内产业的影响、申请调查国家（地区）的
有关情况等进行了审查。 根据申请人提供的证据和商务部的初步审查，申请人的卤化丁基橡胶产量在 2014 年、
2015 年和 2016 年占同期中国同类产品总产量的比例均超过 50%，符合《中华人民共和国反倾销条例》第十一条
和第十三条有关国内产业提出反倾销调查申请的规定。 申请书主张，原产于美国、欧盟和新加坡的卤化丁基橡胶
以低于正常价值的价格向中国出口销售。申请人依据合理获得的证据和信息，在申请书中以美国、欧盟和新加坡
申请调查产品在其国内市场销售价格作为确定美国、欧盟和新加坡卤化丁基橡胶正常价值的基础，以申请调查产
品进口至中国的海关统计价格作为确定出口价格的基础，在对影响价格可比性的各种因素进行调整后，主张申请
调查产品存在较大幅度的倾销。申请书同时主张，受美国、欧盟和新加坡申请调查产品进口冲击，国内产业销售
价格、利润率、投资收益率、人均工资等指标呈恶化趋势，国内产业遭受了实质损害，且申请调查产品的倾销与
国内产业实质损害存在因果关系。
