3 结论
包胶机投入生产后，运行稳定，故障率低，生产
的制品稳定性能好，与传统的螺旋包布缠绕相比，生
产效率可由原来 25 s/ 圈提高至 10 s/ 圈，每班可多生

产 300 个圈，在生产和工艺方面均获得了良好的效益。

Design of control system for rubber coating machine

Abstract: Compared with the traditional steel ring spiral wrapping winding production mode, the rubber
coating machine has the advantages of film winding uniformity, good fluidity performance and less bubble
in vulcanization. This paper mainly introduced the working principle of the whole production line, explains
the design method of the control system, and analyzes the economic benefits after put into use. The results
showed that the production line can improve efficiency , reduce costs and obtain good economic benefits.
