                         Preparation of crosslinked polysiloxane for auto parts

                 Abstract: A silicone rubber powder is obtained by heating and drying a condensable curable silicone
             rubber composition dispersed in water. The powder is measured by a particle size meter, and the average
             particle size range is 0.1~100 μm. The specific method for preparing silicone rubber powder is as follows:
             disperse the following components in water, polysiloxane terminated dimethyl polysiloxane, methyl hydrogen
             polysiloxane, coupling agent KH-560, emulsifier AEO-9, initiator tin acetate and stannous octanoate, and
             measure the particle size of the sample by changing the amount of methyl hydrogen polysiloxane and
             coupling agent KH-560, The best formula can be obtained by analyzing the figure of posture microscope.
