Abstract: The precision of the large and small holes of the transfer switch is super high. According to
the drawings provided by the supplier, the injection mold is cloning designed from the molding trace of the
sample. Due to the errors in providing drawings and plastic varieties and rough assembly of molds, injection
molded parts have experienced repeated selection of plastic, filler and adhesive varieties; The bonding
and tape making process has been tested thousands of times; The super precision hole, hole location and
its geometric accuracy have been trial produced for hundreds of times; The repair of the mold and the
use of the secondary restrictive shrinkage characteristics of the injection molded parts finally make the
hole accuracy of the transfer switch assembly reach IT6 and IT7, the bonding flatness is 0.02 mm, the hole
cylindricity is less than 0.005 mm, and the hole position is not only the same as that of the large and small
parts, but also consistent with that of the German sample. It breaks through the worldwide problem of low
processing accuracy of injection molded parts. At the same time, the air tightness and shear strength of
components meet the requirements of use, and the service life is better than that of imported parts.
