Abstract: the processing shrinkage of plastic parts determined by the material properties of crystalline
polypropylene also has outstanding post-shrinkage and thermal shrinkage, which brings many disadvantages
to the production, storage and transportation of plastic parts, and directly leads to the defects such as
shrinkage, deformation and warping of products. In order to minimize the impact of these defects on the
product, this paper analyzes the causes of shrinkage deformation of polypropylene plastic parts through the
case of polypropylene plastic parts for vehicles, and proposes their respective solutions to limit or reduce the
impact of shrinkage deformation, which has a certain demonstration function.

其分配论坛兼香水化妆品，设计包装（ADF ＆ PCD）活动中获得联合奖项。据报道，Great Stuff 智能分配器由
杜邦的高性能制造解决方案业务设计，Lindal 的精密制造和分配专家共同开发。它在这个最大的气溶胶展会上胜
过了工业和技术应用类别的其他提名人。
Lindal Group 全球营销经理 Kashif Choudhry 表示 ： “ 我们很高兴能与高性能制造解决方案部门一同获得这

Great Stuff 智能分配器专为家庭装修市场而设计，是世界上第一款带有自动尖端密封的聚氨酯泡沫分配器，
可减少产品固化，使其使用寿命长达 30 天。此独特功能使其从现有的单设备泡沫分配管中脱颖而出。
自动密封和简单的 “ 拉起启动，放下停止 ” 操作，使用户能更好地控制泡沫喷涂，并减少了脏乱、易于使用。
它由轻质材料和符合人体工程学的注塑成型部件制成，使用起来也更加舒适。
产品开发过程中的一个关键点是转向批量生产，这需要进一步的专业投入。 Lindal 在注塑制造和高速自动
化方面有着广泛的专业知识，所以被选为了合作伙伴。
