Abstract: Injection molding process and mold design is an integrated science with continuous
development. Not only with the improvement of polymer materials synthesis technology, innovation of
injection molding equipment and maturity of molding process, it will be also developing with penetration of
computer technology, rapid prototyping technology, numerical simulation technology and digital application
technology in the field of injection molding processing. This lecture mainly include: Injection mold structure
and classification, injection-molded part design, injection molding process, the relationship between injection
molding machine and mold, Injection mold design, special injection mold, injection mold CAD and its
intelligent system.

大连海关查获 1 000 余吨走私进境废塑料
Dalian Customs seized more than 1,000 tons of smuggled imported waste plastics

2018 年 5 月 22 日，在海关总署组织开展的打击 “ 洋垃圾 ” 走私 “ 蓝天 2018” 第三轮集中打击行动中，大连
海关共出动警力 50 人，分为 9 个小组，在大连、鲅鱼圈等地开展行动，打掉一个利用他人许可证走私进口固体
废物的犯罪团伙。
依托大数据平台，大连海关对 2017 年侦办 “ 征程 01” 专案中查获的大连起洋车队台账进行重新梳理。通过
情报发现，2016~2017 年底，大连根秋物流公司吴某团伙为牟取不法利益，居间联系持证单位和无证单位，将无
证单位在日本等境外购买的废塑料货物利用他人《固体废物进口许可证》报关进口，骗取海关通关。同时，该团
伙还负责为货主制作部分假的《装运前检验证书》和《国外发货人证书》，以获取商检通关单，进而骗取海关通关。
经初步统计，该团伙利用上述手法在大连关区走私进境废塑料共计 40 余个集装箱，总重 1 000 余吨。目前此案
正在进一步侦办中。
