                 Abstract: The traditional gear pump mainly relies on the meshing transmission of the driving gear and
             the driven gear, which will cause great wear after a long time of use, reducing the production efficiency
             and service life. Therefore, we have developed a dual-drive rubber gear pump filter device to reduce wear
             between gears and increase the service life of gears and gear pumps. At the same time, it can ensure good
             pumping capacity for rubber compounds or plastics. It has a simple structure and can effectively pump up
             rubber compounds or plastics. This paper proves through experiments that after the filtering effect of the dual-
             drive rubber gear pump, the tensile strength, tear strength and dispersion of the rubber compounds were
             increased by 34.7%, 21% and 24.6%, respectively.
