Implementation of comprehensive energy-saving diagnosis for tire

Abstract: In order to achieve the energy-saving targets proposed by the state, key energy-using units
have taken various measures to tap energy-saving potential, and comprehensive energy-saving diagnosis
has become the most effective measure at present. The meaning, type, scope, method and steps of
comprehensive energy-saving diagnosis were expounded. The three systems of process, heat and power in
the tire production process were taken as examples to analyze the implementation methods and effects of
comprehensive energy-saving diagnosis. It is considered that comprehensive energy-saving diagnosis is a
relatively effective energy-saving measure.

中国上半年轮胎产量持续下滑
China's tire production continued to decline in the first half of the year
2019 年 7 月，国家统计局发布上半年国内橡胶轮胎产量数据。上半年，中国轮胎总产量同比呈下降趋势。统
计局数据显示，6 月份，中国橡胶轮胎外胎产量为 7 027.9 万条，同比增长 3.2%。1~6 月份，轮胎外胎总产量
为 40 374.5 万条，同比下降 1%。不过，由于统计口径原因，结合去年发布的数据，这一降幅有可能更大。按照
2018 年口径计算，中国轮胎产量 6 月同比下降 9.18%，上半年同比下降 7.29%。此外，2019 年三月份以来，中
国轮胎月度产量逐月递减。6 月份，轮胎产量环比下降幅度为 2.45%。以上数据包含汽车轮胎、摩托车轮胎、工
业轮胎、力车胎等。有分析认为，中国轮胎产量持续下滑，与汽车市场变动和国际贸易形势密不可分。由于国内
汽车产销量下降影响配套销售，多个知名的外资轮胎品牌在华产量，出现下滑。此外，随着国际贸易壁垒提高，
部分国际化轮胎厂家，把大量外贸订单转移至国外工厂生产。这也对国内轮胎产量造成一定影响。

湿法混炼生产线在泰国投产
Wet mixing production line put into production in Thailand
2019 年 8 月 6 日，一条海外高性能湿法混炼胶专业生产线，在福诺国际 ( 泰国 ) 有限公司批量投产。
福诺董事长傅秀成称，这条生产线具有自动化程度高、生产连续、操作简便安全的特点，生产出的 “ 混炼胶 ”
具有易于加工、质量批次稳定的优点。
据悉，“ 高性能湿法混炼胶 ”，由青岛科技大学韩晶杰教授作为技术指导，与福诺国际 ( 泰国 ) 有限公司合作
生产。经过半年多的准备，新的生产线在福诺国际泰国工厂经历了试车、检测等阶段。其生产出来的产品，已经
在国内外部分胶板企业的试用。
福诺表示，目前，一些工程胎、矿山胎、航空轮胎的生产企业，对他们的产品很感兴趣。
傅秀成说，优异的产品性能，再加上泰国天然胶乳的独特地域优势，产品刚生产出来就被订购一空，订单已
经排到 3 个月之后。
