Abstract: MPU/TPEE dynamic vulcanized thermoplastic elastomer (TPV) with a rubber/plastic ratio of
60/40 was prepared by high temperature open mill. The effects of different sulfur dosages on physical and
mechanical properties of TPV before and after hot air aging were investigated. The results show that sulfur
(S) can increase the vulcanization rate, vulcanization degree and shortening the scorch time of MPU rubber.
The amount of sulfur has little effect on the hardness of TPV. Except for the rubber without S, the hardness,
elongation at break and tensile strength of the other rubbers are lower than those before hot air aging.
As the amount of S increased, the permanent deformation of the rubber decreased, and the permanent
deformation after hot air aging is greater than before aging, and finally TPV has a certain heat-resistant air
aging performance.

缅甸今年将举办国际橡胶代表大会

橡胶是缅甸重要的出口产品，一度在国际市场上占有一定的配额，被称为 “ 白色的金子 ”。然而，缅甸橡胶
市场单一，再加上大部分胶农没有掌握新技术，因此，缅甸橡胶产业一直得不到突破式的发展。为此，缅甸橡胶
种植生产商协会想了个办法！缅甸橡胶种植生产商协会秘书吴凯明发布消息称，我们计划今年 10 月举办国际橡
胶代表大会，促进橡胶种植领域的发展，同时，也能帮助缅甸的橡胶行业拓展新的市场。吴凯明称，有生产橡胶
原料的企业、生产橡胶成品的轮胎企业相关负责人，国际橡胶种植生产专家学者等出席。因此，除了能拓展新的
市场，我们还能获得种植生产橡胶的新技术。据了解，国际橡胶发展组之一的 IRBD，由包括缅甸在内的 20 多
个国家共同组成，每年都会在成员国轮流举办国际橡胶代表大会。虽然缅甸的橡胶生产量在逐年增长，但因国际
橡胶价格平稳，国内市场上 RSS-3 橡胶，1 磅的价格只有 830 缅币左右。国际市场上，1 t 橡胶原料的价格为 1
700 美元左右。橡胶种植生产商们预估称，今年气候比较正常，因此，缅甸的橡胶生产量预计有 30 万 t 左右。缅
甸橡胶种植数据显示，2019 年橡胶种植面积为 1 600 多万英亩，已能割胶的面积为 80 多万英亩。缅甸橡胶种植
生产商协会预估，能对外出口的橡胶原料量约有 16 万 t 左右。

四川省轮胎贸易商会会长何金周表示，轮胎经销商和终端门店，经营情况也不乐观。由于市场竞争白热化，
价格战成为行业的第一 “ 杀手 ”。
他认为，轮胎厂家、电商平台与终端连锁相结合的模式，可以作为一种有益探索。
这次会议由胎大王信息科技有限公司、上海聚均科技有限公司主办，四川省轮胎贸易商会、四川传化物流港、
成都晨捷商贸有限公司协办。
